YAWA (Young Adults With Asperger's)
|
This will be for all young adults, ages 21-40 with Asperger's. We will meet twice a month, probably every other Tuesday evening at 7 pm. The meeting place is located in Henrietta, Winton/Jefferson area. The first Tuesday of the month will be for round-table conversations. Meet, talk, discuss common triumphs and common problems, etc. There is a wealth of knowledge amongst those who are actually "living" with Aspergers as opposed to those who know people with Aspergers. At the end of the meeting, we will decide where to meet for our social event. We will meet the third Tuesday of the month for social event. kareokee, bowling, ice skating, dancing, and so on.... Why meet with YAWA? Here's a better question - Why Not? Hope to see you soon. Deborah :-)
